Breed Restrictions: Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Akitas, Chows, Great Danes, German Shepards, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, and American Staffordshire Terriers

Pet Limit: Maximum of two (2) pets per unit.

Pet Fee: $200 per pet (one-time, non-refundable)

Pet Rent: $25/month per pet
